Here is a list of answers to the most common questions we receive regarding The Arc Apartments and its services. If you do not find the answer you are looking for in this section please feel free to contact us with your question and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What time is reception open until?
Our reception is open 24 Hours a day. Seven days a week.
Do you have secure parking?
Yes, we offer secure on-site parking. We have 74 spaces available at £11 per day. A height restriction of 2.1 meters applies. Please reserve your space at the time of booking. Subject to availability.
What is the Advance Purchase Rate?
This is a discounted rate only available when you book 30 days or more in advance and prepay in full. Unfortunately no amendments or refunds can be processed if the reservation is subsequently cancelled.
Is a security deposit required?
The Operator reserves the right to charge a security deposit upon check-in up to the value of £250 per apartment. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact. Unfortunately debit cards can not be used for your security deposit.
ArcApartments.co.uk reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest's party. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s).
Do you have internet access?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi to all our guests throughout the Arc Apartments.
Do you provide bed linen towels?
Yes, all bed linen and towels are provided.
What appliances are provided in the apartments?
Cooker/hob, washer/dryer, electric kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, LCD TV (DVD player upon request).
Do you accept pets?
No, sorry we do not allow pets in any of our apartments.
Do you provide a cleaning service for the apartments?
Yes, a cleaning service is provided free of charge for guests staying longer than seven days.
What is the maximum number of occupants allowed in each apartment?
1 Bedroom Apartment - 3
2 Bedroom Apartment - 5
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits paid are always non-refundable.
- Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to midday (UK time) on the day of arrival, and received by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deposit is non-refundable but no further charges will apply if cancelled within this time frame.
- No Shows and late cancellations: for clients failing to arrive for a booking, "no-shows", or late cancellations (see point 2 above), the first night's accommodation cost will be charged, in addition to retention of the booking deposit.
- Cancellations are not permitted on Advance Purchase rates.
Can we request an early check in or late check out?
An early check-in (before 2.30pm) can be made as long as we have an apartment available at the time of your arrival. The cost for this is £10. A late check-out (after 11am) can be facilitated but a supplementary charge of £10 per hour up to 3pm will be incurred.
I have a late flight, would I be able to leave my luggage somewhere?
Yes, you can leave your luggage in our secure lockers for £2/locker.
